Crawfish was the best. Took my son who loves crawfish. We will be back for that alone.
God led me here last night for the very first time, and I am so happy that I always listen to (and obey) my guide and counselor in life, the Holy Spirit, because my experience was nothing short of phenomenal. At the recommendation of my awesome servers (Tanner, Bridgett & Angie) I ordered a couple of pints and a couple pounds of their amazing crawfish. Thank you so much for the delightful hospitality, but don't be surprised if you're all arrested by the police for stealing my heart. The food was better than I imagined, the drinks were cold & refreshing, and the meaningful conversation exchanges shared with staff working behind the bar was extremely memorable. I want to also give a big shoutout to the three (3) young men putting in that hard work outside serving up freshly boiled, perfectly seasoned, and insanely delicious Louisiana crawfish. God willing, I hope to be back very soon. God bless and good journey!
We went in tonight for crawfish and sat out back. Lauren was our server and she was amazing super friendly and sweet, made sure she checked on us plenty! Great crawfish and service! We will definitely be back and asking for her as our server!
Such a fun place. Weather was amazing. Spicy cheese curds were awesome. Brisket quesadillas to die for. Kickball in the back! Wish we lived closer so we could go more often!
First time being here and me and my family had a blast. They have an awesome outdoor seating patio area. From what I counted 6 full court beach volleyball areas. They also had a kickball field! I mean who else has that! They also had had vendors which made my wife happy, so she could buy little nic nacs for our daughter. The crawfish was responsible priced and the brisket nachos were very good. They also had a great games inside, and my family found ourselves throwing darts for another hour. All in all had a great time and would definitely recommend.
Never been here before. I came because they had a gumbo cook off sponsored by Mr. stalekracker. It's a very cool place. I remember when it used to be Red River a long time ago. The gumbo cook off was awesome. It was sanctioned by the SCCA. You got to try all the gumbo you wanted multiple times. You got to vote for a favorite. They were also serving things up like jambalaya, smoked sausage, boiled shrimp, and other Cajun favorites. StaleKracker cooked Fried Alligator up for the crowd and a cooking demonstration. This was a fun event and I'm glad I came.
Very fun place. Plenty of TVs to watch your favorite game. You seat yourself and will need a card to open a tab. Huge portions! I would recommend the District Chick. It was very flavorful. They even offer a side salad or tots, not just fries. The wait staff was very attentive. Very clean bathrooms. Family friendly before 9pm. Lots of activities throughout the week.
We had a great time at District 249 Bar & Grill! They have a nice outdoor seating area and a play area, which is a big plus. It wasn’t busy when we came, so the atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for enjoying the night. My co-workers and I came here to celebrate our Christmas party, and it turned out to be a really fun experience. The servers were attentive, friendly, and accommodating, which made everything even better. Overall, it was a great place to unwind, celebrate, and enjoy good company. We’ll definitely be back!
Went here with family on Friday evening for crawfish. Was tough to find parking and a table (it was packed). But we finally did find a place to sit to watch the games and eat. The line to get crawfish was crazy (about an hour). We had drinks and watched the Match Madness games while we waited. We ordered burgers, sliders, a salad and something like 10 lbs of crawfish for the group. Burgers were ok but not great, sliders were good but not great. Crawfish was very good. Service was pretty good throughout. She stopped by and brought refills and second and third rounds of beer. She was friendly. It's a loud outdoor spot so just be ready for loud music. Kids enjoyed the volleyball courts and Cornhole.
Great outdoor and indoor venue, great food. Be patient with the staff, it is a large venue. If you drink faster, order a bucket. Concert and cookoff was awesome!
